Elliott has always been obsessed with food. Encouraged to start cooking at the age of 8, and trips to places all over the world over the past 25 years, opened his eyes and taste buds to various cuisines, flavors, spices and traditions. His love affair with food has continued to this day, with Elliott hungrily seeking new culinary discoveries from food trucks to fine dining, and street food to classic dishes.
Elliott was awarded three consecutive Emmy Awards for Outstanding Achievement for On-Camera Talent – Program Host/Moderator for his work on the show in 2014, 2015, 2016, and the again in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, in addition to awards for the show itself.
